Rafyo gives schools one place for meals, clubs, events and payments — a simple app for parents, and a single accurate record for the office. No forms, no cash envelopes, no reconciliation spreadsheets.

The project began after working closely with an independent school in Sussex and seeing first-hand how much of the week disappears into meal and event administration. That habit stuck: we still build Rafyo side by side with the office staff, kitchens and parents who use it every day.
