Book a whole term, just Tuesdays, or one taster session.
A club in Rafyo is a set of dates, a start and end time, a price per session and a number of places. Out of that, parents get something they can book on a phone at the school gate, the club leader gets a register on the same phone, and the office gets one record of who is coming and what they have paid. None of it is typed anywhere twice.
A whole term, chosen weekdays, or single dates
Each club decides how much of itself a parent may book. Whole term only is the default. Choose days of the week lets a family pick, say, just Tuesdays for the rest of term. Choose individual sessions covers a taster or a one-off. Either of the last two requires a price per session, so what a family pays matches exactly what they booked — and a club that has already started stays open for its remaining dates, so a family joining mid-term pays for the sessions that are left.
The days are the booking
On a days-of-the-week club, tapping the first day puts the club in the cart, changing the days updates it live, and clearing them takes it out again — there is no separate confirm step to forget. Individual-session clubs show their dates as a calendar, a column per weekday, so booking every Wednesday is one tap rather than ticking eleven boxes.
Places are counted on every route in
Capacity applies whoever is doing the booking. Adding a child yourself from the office bypasses eligibility, day rules and cutoffs — but not a full session, and the dialog says so next to the dates. Full dates don't start ticked, and a refused booking tells you which ones were full instead of just "Validation failed".
A booking exists when the payment does
Reaching the card page no longer books the child. The seat is held for half an hour while a parent actually pays — long enough for a slow card or a phone passed across the kitchen — and backing out cancels within seconds and hands back any account credit it had used. Nothing unpaid ever reaches the register.
Take one child off one date
"Remove from session" takes a child out of a single session rather than cancelling their whole booking, and credits their family for that session automatically. A cancelled session comes off the booking entirely — it leaves the parent's clubs and their week at a glance, and the date is bookable again by someone else — while the credit and the order still record what happened. Cancelling a whole club emails each family once, with the number of sessions cancelled and their total credit.
A booked date can't be deleted by accident
Removing a date that has bookings, attendance or a cancellation against it is refused, and you're told which date and why. Cancel the session instead: that credits the families who booked it and keeps a record of what happened. Dates nobody has booked still come and go freely.

Only paid bookings reach it. A child who needs to come off this one date comes off this one date — and the credit is on their family's account before the club has finished.

The same club, from three sides
The parent sees
Their week on the Home page — one small card per day, children across the top, each club cell a tap-to-toggle if they can't make a session. Clubs booked for more than one child are one list with a line each, not the same dates printed twice.
The office sees
Every club's bookings on its own page: child, family, date and status — including clubs you've hidden and orders that were cancelled, so nothing disappears when you take a club offline.
The club leader sees
The register on a phone, by date, with a per-session action to take a child out of just that day. A club you've cancelled leaves the register; one you've merely hidden from parents keeps it, for the children already booked.
